Can I just rant a little today? I’ve made a lot of mistakes trying to figure out this sourdough baking thing. Here’s a list of them that happened only this week: Bought expensive organic bio eco buckwheat flour (when I didn’t have to in the first place), then I spilled half of it all over the kitchen floor.
